REFUNDS/EXCHANGE To return or exchange an item, simply return the item to us in their "original condition" within 3 days of receipt. Delivery charges will not be refunded. TO CANCEL UNPROCESSED ORDERS You have the right to cancel your unprocessed order for any item purchased from style on street, for a full refund. Cancelling unprocessed orders must be made in writing with your order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org before your order ships out. If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the item to us in its original condition. Order cancellations made after an order has been shipped, the customer will be liable for return postage.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A FAULTY ITEM If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer support: email@example.com with your order number, your name and address, details of the product and why the return is being made, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
